Adapun hadits yang membolehkan wanita bepergian tanpa disertai muhrim:

Volume 4, Book 56, Number 793:

Narrated ‘Adi bin Hatim:

While I was in the city of the Prophet, a man came and complained to him (the Prophet, ) of destitution and poverty. Then another man came and complained of robbery (by highwaymen). The Prophet said, “Adi! Have you been to Al-Hira?” I said, “I haven’t been to it, but I was informed about it.” He said, “If you should live for a long time, you will certainly see that a lady in a Howdah traveling from Al-Hira will (safely reach Mecca and) perform the Tawaf of the Ka’ba, fearing none but Allah.” I said to myself, “What will happen to the robbers of the tribe of Tai who have spread evil through out the country?” The Prophet further said. “If you should live long, the treasures of Khosrau will be opened (and taken as spoils).” I asked, “You mean Khosrau, son of Hurmuz?” He said, “Khosrau, son of Hurmuz; and if you should live long, you will see that one will carry a handful of gold or silver and go out looking for a person to accept it from him, but will find none to accept it from him. And any of you, when meeting Allah, will meet Him without needing an interpreter between him and Allah to interpret for him, and Allah will say to him: ‘Didn’t I send a messenger to teach you?’ He will say: ‘Yes.’ Allah will say: ‘Didn’t I give you wealth and do you favors?’ He will say: ‘Yes.’ Then he will look to his right and see nothing but Hell, and look to his left and see nothing but Hell.”

‘Adi further said: I heard the Prophet saying, “Save yourself from the (Hell) Fire even with half a date (to be given in charity) and if you do not find a half date, then with a good pleasant word.” ‘Adi added: (later on) I saw a lady in a Howdah traveling from Al-Hira till she performed the Tawaf of the Ka’ba, fearing none but Allah. And I was one of those who opened (conquered) the treasures of Khosrau, son of Hurmuz. If you should live long, you will see what the Prophet Abu-l-Qasim had said: ‘A person will come out with a handful. of gold…etc.

Sumber yang menjadi patokan dari saudara M. Shodiq Mustika adalah sebagaimana gambar di bawah ini

Maka kami melakukan pengecekan kembali dengan melihat sumber-sumber lain, dan segala puji hanya milik-Nya semata, kami mendapatkan terjemahan kitab Mukhtashor Shahih Bukhori yang diterjemahkan dalam bahasa Inggris oleh Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan yang diterbitkan oleh Daarus Salam, Riyadl-KSA cetakan tahun 1994.

Perlu kita ketahui bahwa Syaikh Abdul Aziz bin Baaz rahimahullah telah memberikan tashhih atas terjemahan Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan dan Dr. Muhammad Taqiyuddin Al-Hilaliy terhadap Al-Qur’anul Karim, Shahih Bukhori, dan kitab Lu’lu wal Marzan. Hal ini sebagaimana tertuang dalam surat yang dikeluarkan oleh Lajnah Ad-Daimah no. خ/1335 tertanggal 21/11/1404 H.

Kemudian kami langsung menuju kitab ke-56 sebagaimana yang dikabarkan oleh saudara M.Shodiq Mustika sebagaimana kami tampilkan sumbernya, maka kami dapati judul sbb:

كتاب فضائل أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم

Dalam bahasa Inggrisnya:”The book of Merits of the companions of the prophet shalallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam (pbuh)”.

Kitab sebelum dan sesudah nama kitab di atas adalah sbb:

Demikian yang kami dapati dalam kitab tersebut, dan di dalamnya tidak ada perawi bernama Adi bin Hatim.

Selanjutnya dengan data yang diberikan oleh salah satu pengunjung blog kami, maka kami mencari kembali hadits yang dikemukakan saudara M.Shodiq Mustika dalam kitab Shahih Bukhori. Alhamdulillah akhirnya kami menemukan hadits tersbut dalam kitab Shahih Bukhori dalam Kitab Manaaqib Bab ‘Aalamat Nubuwat dengan no. hadits 3400. Berikut bukti gambarnya:

Selanjutnya saudara M.Shodiq Mustika menukil keterangan hadits tersebut dengan keterangan Yusuf Qordlowi terdapat dalam kitab Fathul Bari 4/446. Maka kami berkata: Jika yang dimaksud adalah keterangan dari Hadits Adi bin Hatim dalam kitab manaaqib bab ‘aalamat nubuwat di atas, maka kami dapati dalam kitab Fathul Bari bahwa kitab Manaaqib Bab ‘aalamat Nubuwat terdapat dalam jilid ke-6. Sedangkan dalam jilid ke-4 memuat kitab-kitab sbb:

1. كتاب المصر.

2. كتاب جزاء الصيد.

3. كتاب فضائل المدينة.

4. كتاب الصوم.

5. كتاب الصلاة التراويح.

6. كتاب فضل ليلة القدر.

7. كتاب الإعتكاف.

8. كتاب البيوع.

9. كتاب السلم.

10. كتاب الشفعة.

11. كتاب الإجارة.

12. كتاب الحوالة.

13. كتاب الكفالة.

14. كتاب الوكالة.

Demikian yang terdapat dalam kitab Fathul Bari cetakan Maktabah As-Salafiyyah, Kairo Mesir dengan Tahqiq: Syaikh Abdul Aziz bin Baaz; penomeran kitab dan hadits oleh: Syaikh Muhammad Fuad Abdul Baaqi. Perlu diketahui bahwa kitab Fathul Bari ma’ruf berjumlah 13 jilid dengan ditambah 1 jilid pengantar (jmlh: 14 jilid).

Selanjutnya kami menemukan kejanggalan terhadap saudara M.Shodiq Mustika ini. Dalam suatu artikelnya (Bantahan Terhadap Penentang Dalil-dalil Pacaran Islami) ia berkata ketika membantah Saudari Putri di sebuah forum sbb:

Sedangkan dalam menjawab komentar dalam blog barunya ia berkata:

Jadi bagaimana ia dapat membaca kitab Fathul Bari dengan tulisan gundul sedangkan dalam mengartikan ayat tersebut di atas saja ia tidak tahu (sebagaimana ungkapannya sendiri) -Allahu A’lam inilah yang tampak pada kami dengan bukti tersebut-.Allahu Ta’ala A’lam.
